Application scripts are a text content that describes the mobile application. The JMango application gateway compiles the script to the mobile application and sends it to the client software on the phones. More on the scripting language can be found in the JMango wiki.

How much mobile data does JMango use?
There are several data components used by mobile phones in JMango platform as outlined below:
- Client download: Client download is at the end user where the mobile user downloads JMango. Currently the download size is about 80 kilobytes, which is comparable to a big MMS message. The download size might increase as more features for the client are developed.
- Application script: Each application script is compiled and compressed by JMango and ranges from 140 bytes (0.2 kilobytes) up to 5 kilobytes for a more complex application.
- Response data: Response data is when the mobile application needs to send user data back to the service provider. The data is typically small in the range of 1-2 kilobytes.
What type of things can I send to the phone?
